Anh Dillon began her classical ballet education at the Conservatoire Niedermeyer in Paris, France, and later went on to study under Nicole Karys (Ballet du XXe Siècle), Menia Martinez (Cuban National Ballet), and in more recent years, Master Stefan Wenta (Warsaw’s National Opera). She later expanded her training to contemporary dance forms, giving her the versatility to professionally join contemporary ballet and contemporary jazz companies as a soloist and principal dancer. She’s worked extensively in both the concert and commercial scenes. Anh is the recipient of a Lester Horton Award for best performance and had the great opportunity to choreograph for music artist Prince.
Anh's experience as a dance educator spans over two decades. She currently teaches at the ABT (American Ballet Theatre) Gillespie School. She has been on faculty for the Joffrey Ballet School summer intensives and audition tours since 2013, and has taught at The EDGE PAC, Loyola Marymount University, as well as worldwide for masterclasses. Anh is an American Ballet Theatre Certified Teacher through Level 7 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum.
